Jones Film Video recently completed three web promotional videos for Mozilla's Firefox Flicks competition--a user generated video contest to tell the Firefox web browser story. Styled after different genres of movie trailers, all three videos were shot on location in San Francisco using Jones's Arri Alexa camera. It was a lot of fun and everyone was happy with how they turned out. Take a look at the Behind-the-Scenes video, and if you haven't seen the finished spots, check them out on YouTube below:

SOS TV Campaign wins Addy for "Best of Broadcast"

Jones Film Video and CJRW win the "Best of Broadcast" Addy Judges' Award for the Stamp Out Smoking "Big Tobacco is Not Your Friend" TV campaign at the Little Rock Addy Awards ceremony on February 18th, 2012.

President Clinton's 20th Anniversary Celebration

Jones Film Video was proud to be a part of President Clinton's 20th Anniversary of his announcement to run for President. In honor of the occasion, we cut together a video that played before his introduction at the Old State House museum in Little Rock. In this photo, courtesy of the William J. Clinton Foundation, you can see the President and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as they watch the video before coming out to meet the crowds of people gathered. The video pulls from archival footage provided by KATV from the day of the announcement in 1991, along with historical footage from the Clinton Foundation, and others.
The event was a big success, and we were thrilled to play a small part.

Behind the Scenes: Highway 82 Bridge and Lakeport Plantation

Jones Film Video shot aerials of the new Highway 82 Bridge in Lake Village, as well as the historic Lakeport Plantation, for Arkansas Parks & Tourism and CJRW. Gary also came up with a new car mount which we tried out on the bridge. The aerials were shot on the Arri Alexa. Behind the scenes video photographed and edited by Gary Jones.
